Returns:

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date, provided that the items are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please email us at returns@deepambition.co.uk to arrange the process.

Undeliverable Packages:

If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient or incorrect address provided by the customer, we will issue a refund deducting our actual shipping costs.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 days for the refund to be processed. We'll issue a full refund for eligible returns.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:

In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at sales@deepambition.co.uk with your order number and the details of the issue. We'll work quickly to provide you with a refund or replacement.
